The Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM) was awarded a silver medal from the IPAC/Deloitte Public Sector Leadership Awards program for its excellence in leadership within the public sector in Canada. The award was given for the FCM’s Community Infrastructure Partnership Program (CIPP), which aimed to strengthen collaboration and partnership between Canadian municipalities and adjacent first nations in infrastructure and services sharing. EEM provided facilitation expertise as well as collaboration and partnering capacity building for a series of workshops delivered across the country.
