Summary

EEM managed the complete remediation of the old municipal garage located in the heart of a Cree community.

Approach and Solution

Following an initial visit to the site, EEM, acting as project manager, oversaw the assessment of the contaminants levels. Following that phase, a clean up was deemed necessary and remediation activities were conducted. Throughout the process, EEM provided expert opinion on the work accomplished along with supervising the clean up operations.

Results

The successful completion of the project allowed the old community garage to be cleaned up and to meet residential Provincial and Federal guidelines on time and on budget.
